Our 6-week Beginners Yoga Series is a great way to start your yoga practice. This 6-week series (one class a week) teaches new students yoga fundamentals and provides them with the necessary guidance to develop a safe and healing practice. Students learn the basics of yogic breathing, sun salutations, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The class is taught in a sequential manner and pre-registration is required. We also offer a pre-recorded online Beginners series and more information on that can be found here.
Flow yoga is a fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath for a dynamic mind-body workout. This style of yoga generates heat, builds strength and flexibility, and focuses the mind. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice. Previous yoga experience recommended.
This class is designed as a bridge between Gentle Flow and Flow, making it an ideal progression for graduates of our Beginners Series or anyone who prefers to move at a moderate, sustainable pace. You’ll explore pose alignment, transitions, and sequencing more challenging than Gentle Flow—but without the intensity of a full Flow class. With clear instruction, variations and modifications, Flow Foundations will help you build strength, confidence, and ease as you expand your practice and grow at a pace that feels right for you. Open to all levels.
If you’re looking to deepen your understanding of yoga postures, build strength, and improve alignment, this class is for you. Align & Refine Flow offers a slower pace than a typical Flow class—but don’t mistake that for easy. With thoughtful transitions and a strong focus on alignment, this class invites you to move with precision, build body awareness, and challenge yourself in a way that’s sustainable and empowering. Whether you’re newer to yoga or have years of experience, each class is shaped by the needs of the students in the room. You’ll receive personalized guidance, variations, and props to help you explore your edge safely and refine your practice—at a pace that feels right for you.
Unwind and recharge with this slower-paced practice designed to release tension and calm the mind. Gentle Flow blends soothing stretches, mindful movement, and accessible standing poses to build strength, improve balance, and enhance focus. Perfect for anyone seeking a supportive, mindful flow. All levels welcome.
Slow down and let go with a nurturing practice designed to melt away tension and invite deep rest. Using supportive props like bolsters, blocks, and sandbags, you’ll settle into soothing stretches that gently open the body and calm the nervous system. Gentle movements help you unwind from the day, while restorative postures offer space for healing and renewal. Please bring a yoga blanket or beach towel for added comfort. Open to all levels.
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding, and deeply meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints—especially in the hips, thighs, and spine. Unlike active, muscle-driven “yang” practices, Yin invites stillness, patience, and acceptance as postures are held on the floor for a period of time. This quiet yet powerful practice encourages the flow of energy (prana), supports joint and tissue health, and cultivates mindfulness and inner balance. Please bring a yoga blanket or beach towel for added comfort in the studio.
Experience the best of both worlds with this calming blend of Yin yoga and Gentle Flow. Slow, mindful sequences ease the body into movement, while longer Yin holds target the connective tissues and joints for deep release. Together, these practices melt away tension, restore balance, and quiet the mind—leaving you grounded, relaxed, and refreshed. Open to all levels.

Yin yoga is a slow, deep and meditative practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. Unlike the muscles, which are more yang parts of our bodies, the connective tissues need to be addressed with a quiet attitude of acceptance. Postures are mostly practiced on the floor and can be held from one to 10 minutes. Yin Yoga balances the yin and yang aspect of ourselves, encourages the flow of prana (energy), helps maintain the health of the connective tissues, and helps us develop a mindful practice. We recommend bringing a yoga blanket or beach towel with you to this class in studio.
This soothing practice combines the deep stretching of Yin yoga with gentle flowing yoga. Enjoy long holds for the connective tissues and joints and soothing, slow flows to relieve tension, relax the body, and quiet the mind. Open to all levels.
