Transition into Flow: 3 Week In Studio Series with Kristen Rice-Gira

$60 for the 3 class series

No refunds, credits, or transfers for individual classes missed in the series. This workshop is offered in the studio with Covid protocols followed. 

This 3 week mini-series creates a bridge for students who have completed Bliss Body’s Beginner’s Yoga Series or students who simply want a refresher to feel more confident participating in a flow yoga class. The series will cover intermediate level topics including additional breathwork, intermediate level poses, and stretches. We’ll also go over active ways to use your props to compliment your yoga practice. Taught in a workshop format, there will be opportunities for questions and demonstrations so you will feel confident in taking the next step to join our studio’s flow classes.

We ask that you bring the following props in addition to your mat:

  • A strap (tie or scarf works)
  • Two yoga blocks
  • Yoga blanket or large beach towel

We sell these props in the studio boutique if you wish to purchase.
