Summer Solstice Yoga Mala with Jen Fisher (Bluestone)

The Summer Solstice is a beautiful time for purification, renewal and healing of the self and soul. It is a time to set intentions for what you are manifesting and for letting go of what no longer serves. In this mala practice, we will be doing 108 surya namaskar (sun salutation) A. Do not let this intimidate you! We will do 4 sets of 27 salutations, each group will have a powerful intention setting to start. Modification is encouraged and through the collective community, we will complete 108 rounds. The idea is that through the repetition, you will find meditation in motion. It truly is a potent practice.
