New at Bliss Body in 2014
To kick off 2014 we are offering an updated yoga class schedule with new classes and adjusted times to fit your life. Challenge, explore, and expand your yoga practice with something new.
- Early morning yoga: We’ve added 2 early morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00am. Join Nancy on Tuesdays for Flow and Laura on Thursdays for Power Hour.
- Flow Yoga Basics: This new class is perfect for graduates of our 8 Week Beginners Series or anyone looking to refine their current practice while gaining strength and flexibility. Offered Tuesdays at 11:30am and again at 7:30pm.
- $10 Lunch Yoga Classes: Join us for Lunch Yoga classes on Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays at 12pm for just $10 to drop in. Take a mid-day break during your lunch hour and enjoy a well-rounded flow practice to energize the rest of your day.
