Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth with Ellie Morris

Pregnancy and birth is a time of change and transformation. Mindfulness can help us stay grounded and connect with the wisdom of our bodies.

This session will introduce the basics of mindfulness and include breathing, movement, and mindfulness strategies for connecting with our bodies, and managing the intense sensations that birthing can bring. We will also reflect on how to build mindfulness into our busy lives. Partners are encouraged to attend – see registration details above.
