This workshop will take place in the studio. Students must be fully vaccinated to participate.
- Have you wanted to try a Flow class but felt intimidated?
- Have you completed our Beginners Yoga Series, but felt unsure of how to transition info Flow?
- Has it been some months since you’ve done in-studio yoga and you’d like a refresher?
This workshop is for you! This class will provide you the tools to feel more confident going to a Flow class. Learn how to transition between poses and gain a better sense of how breath is used in Flow. Try new poses and learn their names and actions. Discover how props and modifications can create a more comfortable yoga practice. Taught in a workshop format, there will be opportunities for questions and demonstrations so you will feel confident in taking the next step to join our studio’s flow classes.
The studio has bolsters, blocks, and yoga straps for your use. In addition to your mat, you might want to bring a yoga blanket or large beach towel. We also sell these props in the studio boutique if you wish to purchase.
