Celebrate ❤️Love❤️ with this joyful practice of heart-opening flow, devotional music, and lovingkindness meditation! Celebrate love in all its forms, as you offer devotion and compassion to the highest within yourself, and to all those around you. 

Music will be offered by the phenomenal Bett Padgett. Bett’s thoughtful and carefully crafted songs shine through with a vision of a world we want to live in. A multi-instrumentalist, she accompanies herself using innovative guitar techniques, clawhammer banjo, mandolin, piano and harp in styles that cross the borders of Celtic, Old-time, Folk and New Age. After a lifetime of teaching and promoting others, Bett takes centerstage as an artist with the release of her ninth album, “If I Catch My Dream, songs of hope for a better world.”

Join Renée for this Gentle Flow class designed to nurture your heart with kindness and love. Nourish, soothe, restore, and fill your own cup with intuitive movement, music, and poetry. This class will include the optimum 12 minutes of śavāsana as well as a special guided “Maitrī” or Loving-Kindness meditation.

Maitrī meditation promotes positive feelings of loving-kindness, compassion, gratitude, and patience towards yourself and then extends these feelings out to others.
