Following our book discussion, Renée will lead the group in a lovely Restorative Yoga class for this Winter season. Gather your tea, cozy socks, blankets, yoga bolsters, and mat, and join us online! Restorative Yoga consists of very supportive, gentle yoga postures using props such as blankets and bolsters or pillows, and allowing yourself to rest in these positions for 5-10 minutes.

Join Ellie for a four-week session designed to build community among moms-to-be and help prepare your mind and body for birth and parenting.
Each week, we will offer:
- One hour LiveStream prenatal yoga class
- Option to stay online after class for a 20-30 minute chat to get to know each other, share wisdom and resources, and explore questions and concerns related to pregnancy, birth, and parenting.
- Printable weekly affirmation
- Link to a special pre-recorded meditation/short yoga practice.
During the four-week session we will also schedule an in-person outdoor, socially-distanced and masked walk for those who are interested. We hope that getting to know and practice with a small group of other pregnant moms will help you build nurturing connections and bolster your support system at this transformative time. Veteran moms are welcome to join to offer their wisdom as well.
This session is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy (as long as you have clearance to exercise from your providers). Modifications and specific poses are offered to cater to participants specific needs. If you are not able to make the LiveStream class, you will be sent a link to a recording.
