Yoga Nidra — the Sleep of Oneness — offers a fully rejuvenating, deeply relaxing process of meditation and exploration, leaving you refreshed, calm, and clear. You’ll be guided through a series of experiences focusing on progressively deeper levels of consciousness as you move through the “koshas” – sheaths or cloaks that keep full awareness hidden in everyday life. In the deepest level, in which you hover in space between sleep and wakefulness, you’ll be led through visualization to integrate awareness, energy, and intention to allow you to bring new clarity beyond the mat and into your everyday life.

This class begins with a gentle stretch and moves to savasana for the rest of practice. Open to all levels.

Restorative Reiki by Request with Meg Flaherty & Rochelle Ellis

Luxuriate in a gentle, restorative yoga class while enjoying healing energy through the hands of Reiki practitioners and yoga teachers Meg Flaherty and Rochelle Ellis. You will be led to gently stretch and settle into supported poses that encourage your nervous system to fully relax. As you restore in stillness, Meg and Rochelle will offer Reiki healing energy through light touch. Experience tension reduction, release anxiety, and nourish your body, mind and spirit.

For those who prefer not to be touched, Reiki healing energy can be provided with hands held above the body, so direct contact is not required. Enjoy Reiki from crown to root, and, if desired, request extra attention for any area before the class begins.

Enrollment is limited to ten participants to allow for individual attention. This workshop is appropriate for all skill and experience levels.
