with Mary Scudella
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Do you dread it when teachers suggest students grab a block? Do you fear the moment you walk into the studio and see a strap on the teacher’s mat?
Props are NOT just for restorative yoga! And, they most certainly aren’t solely for those practitioners who need a little bit of assistance. Props are transformative! They bring the earth a little higher, make are arms a little longer, create more openness in our spines, and SO much more.
Come have fun with Mary and explore the world of creatively using props in your practice. This will be an all-levels class that will provide a wide range of options for propping during flow and gentle flow, static postures, and yin classes. Take this information with you into your next class and make your practice that much more effective, efficient, and enlightened.
CEUs are available for this workshop for yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 and 500 hour level.
