Yoga is a wonderful family activity and creates a bonding experience for both kids and parents! In this special class, we will focus on partner poses, yoga games, and  breathing and relaxation techniques. This particular family class is geared to children ages 4-10, but certainly can be flexible if members of your family don’t fall in that age range. Sign up to reserve your spot!


Self Care, Actually with Jen Davis & Kathleen Yount

Self care isn’t all chocolate, wine, and roses (although those things can help!). Join Jen and Kathleen for an afternoon of exploration: you’ll enjoy a gentle yoga practice, followed by discussion and experimenting with tools and techniques that will help you refocus your intentions and create true, sustainable, and effective self care rituals for real life.

The Yoga Practice is a system for reclaiming body, mind, and spirit – a way to care for yourself, not to “fix” yourself. This afternoon will help you in the ongoing work of building a life that you enjoy, not one you want to escape from.

Workshop supplies are included in the cost.
