The Subtle Body Friday June 16th with Mary

Accessing the subtle body has long been a goal for yogis. Learning to sense the energy within can create profound changes in your lifestyle, including the way you think, act, and re-act to the world around you. This practice will move you from the gross, outer body toward the subtle inner body through techniques including asana, sensory awareness training, pranayama, mantra, and mudras. We will end in a deep relaxation state, allowing you the opportunity to connect with your deepest, radiant self.
