Restore & Retune
This class journeys into deeper states of relaxation through a blissful combination of gentle stretching, Restorative yoga and Tuning Fork Therapy. Tuning Fork Therapy is a healing modality using sound and vibration to heal the body and spirit. The blissful combination of Restorative Yoga ad Tuning Fork therapy will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Yin yoga is a slow and deep practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. Unlike the muscles, which are more yang parts of our bodies, the connective tissues need to be addressed with a quiet attitude of acceptance. Postures are mostly practiced on the floor and can be held from one to 10 minutes. Yin Yoga balances the yin and yang aspect of ourselves, encourages the flow of prana (energy), helps maintain the health of the connective tissues, and helps us develop a mindful practice.
Yin & Gentle Flow
This soothing practice combines the deep stretching of Yin yoga with gentle flowing yoga. Enjoy long holds for the connective tissues and joints and soothing, slow flows to relieve tension, relax the body, and quiet the mind. Open to all levels.
