Flow yoga is a fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath for a dynamic mind-body workout. This style of yoga generates heat, builds strength and flexibility, and focuses the mind. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice. Previous yoga experience recommended.
Enjoy soothing and well-supported poses using props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows and straps. Restorative yoga is a slow and still practice that focuses on passive poses that help to heal the effects of chronic stress on the body, mind, and spirit. Open to all levels.
Restore & Retune
This class journeys into deeper states of relaxation through a blissful combination of gentle stretching, Restorative yoga and Tuning Fork Therapy. Tuning Fork Therapy is a healing modality using sound and vibration to heal the body and spirit. Mary uses various tuning forks, tuned to the different energy centers of your body (chakras) to bring your body back into vibrational balance. The blissful combination of Restorative Yoga ad Tuning Fork therapy will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Yin yoga is a slow and deep practice to stretch the connective tissues and joints of the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. Unlike the muscles, which are more yang parts of our bodies, the connective tissues need to be addressed with a quiet attitude of acceptance. Postures are mostly practiced on the floor and can be held from one to 10 minutes. Yin Yoga balances the yin and yang aspect of ourselves, encourages the flow of prana (energy), helps maintain the health of the connective tissues, and helps us develop a mindful practice.

This soothing practice combines the deep stretching of Yin yoga with gentle flowing yoga. Enjoy long holds for the connective tissues and joints and soothing, slow flows to relieve tension, relax the body, and quiet the mind. Open to all levels.

A one hour flow practice during your lunch break for only $10 to drop in or use your class pass. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded mid-day practice.
A one hour, early morning flow practice designed to jump start your day! Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded morning practice. Previous experience practicing Flow Yoga is recommended.
Baby & Me Yoga
This class blends an adult-focused postpartum yoga sequence, developmentally appropriate movement for your infant, and interactive play to promote shared experience and bonding. Connect with your baby, other parents, and yourself. Recommended for babies newborn to crawling. We suggest bringing a baby blanket to lay over our yoga blankets and baby carrier (Ergo, Bjorn, wraps, etc.) in case your baby is a bit fussy and you still want to participate! All levels of yoga experience welcome.
Beginners yoga is a great way to start your yoga practice. This 8-week series (one class a week) teaches new students yoga fundamentals and provides them with the necessary guidance to develop a safe and healing practice. Students learn the basics of yogic breathing, sun salutations, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The class is taught in a sequential manner and pre-registration is suggested.
Flow Yoga Basics
This class is perfect for our recent 8 Week Beginners Yoga Series graduates and also for anyone looking to refine their current practice while gaining strength and flexibility. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, twists, fundamental backbends and beginning level inversions for a well rounded flow class at a more relaxed pace. New postures and breathing techniques are also introduced to build your knowledge of the basics. All levels welcome.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle flow is a slow, regenerative practice that relieves tension using unwinding stretches and poses that relax the body and quiet the mind. Open to all levels.
Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help ease pregnancy and delivery. Classes help expecting mothers to prepare for labor and allow them to feel strong, confident, and happy at every stage of their pregnancy. Prenatal classes are a supportive environment to connect with fellow moms and share tips and resources. Classes are open to women at all stages of pregnancy and yoga experience. Weekly Prenatal classes are offered on Saturdays at 1:00pm and Wednesdays at 4pm. Prenatal students can drop into these classes. Pre-registration and a doctor’s note are not required. Regular class pricing applies to our Prenatal classes. If you are pregnant and can’t attend Prenatal Yoga during the times offered, we recommend the Gentle Flow and Flow Yoga Basics as appropriate alternatives.
This class is the perfect antidote to a fast paced lifestyle and a great compliment to other forms of yoga. Ease into a gentle yoga practice including stretching movements, immunity building techniques, and stress-releasing flows. As you feel more relaxed, you will be guided into restorative yoga postures to help bring the body into a state of balance and peace.
Kids and Teen Yoga
