Inversions Workshop, Sunday April 24th with Rachel

Does part of you believe that only magical people go upside down and they are all hiding some secret from you? Let’s fix that. In this special workshop series we will work with the body to fine tune the strength and flexibility it takes to sustain arm balances and inversions. This is the 3rd workshop in this series but do not worry if you have not made it to the previous events.  In the final week we will dive deeper into playful inversions like pincha mayurasana (forearm stand), ganda bherundasana (chin stand), and adho mukha vrksasana (handstand).You’ll get the most out of this series if you’ve been practicing Flow yoga for a while and are ready to dive deep into arm balances and inversions in a safe and supportive environment.
