Bliss Body Yoga

Yoga & Live Drumming Friday Sept. 15th with Jen Bluestone

Join us to celebrate the fall equinox for a unique class combining flow yoga with live drumming. Yoga teacher Jen Bluestone and Druminyasa percussionist Brad Ellsworth are excited to collaborate again to bring you this 90 minute class that will give you an opportunity to connect breath, heartbeat, mind, and body.

As we come into the Fall Equinox, we come to the time when the sun crosses the plane of the Earth’s equator, making night and day of approximately equal length all over the Earth. In this fun, dynamic class, we will reach for that balance of light and day, solar and lunar, sun and moon.

Experience practicing flow yoga is recommended.

About Druminyasa: Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa has been playing drums and percussion for over 25 years. Based in Richmond, VA, Brad Ellsworth is a yoga practitioner and teacher and founded Druminyasa by connecting his love for rhythm, drums and movement.
